Cancellations

At the time of booking you are required to pay a 20% deposit which will secure your booking. Balance will be due 4 weeks prior to departure date. 

If in the event that you need to cancel your tour less than 14 days and more than 7 days prior to departure you will get a 50% refund of the 80% 

If cancelled between 7 days and 3 days prior to departure you will get a 20% refund of the 80% If you cancel 3 days or less before departure then sadly there will be no refund. 

You can however change your booking to a different day if our schedule allows it and if we have availability on that particular day, again we also ask you to give us at least 2 weeks or more notice to move your booking if possible. If there is no availability again sadly you will not receive a full refund, however we will always try our utmost to accommodate you as best we can to suit both parties or find an alternative solution for you. 

If for any reason we Sgùrr Tours have to cancel your tour we will offer you an alternative tour or tour date, if neither can be arranged we will offer you a full 100% refund.
